The Chairman to move:— “That the Council proceed to pass by special order, a by-law as before the meeting for consideration, providing for the licensing of vehicles using the roads within the County, and prohibiting the use of vehicles on such roads without a license: also appointing fees to lapaid to the County Fund Account m respect to tin* licensing ol vehicles as passed.”
