They threaten the death penalty to guilty persons. German officials are still offering resistance. GERMAN STATEMENT. BERLIN, Fell. 8 Premier Cuno has issued a statement that the food supplies for Ruhr are assured for some time. German propaganda in that area would continue, despite the French measures to suppress it.
