Practically the whole South-west oi Ireland is cut off from telegraphic communication with Dublin. Ihe affected area is served by a railway which recently suffered intensely. Consequeliti, parts arc now inaccessible by rail and ihe cutting of the telegraphs has increased alarm. The Civil Guard Barracks at Duntroon have been destroyed by fire. BCRGI/ARS F.XECCTED. LONDON, Jan. 27. A Dublin official statement says that at Tulin more, three armed burglars were executed, after court-martial, on charges of being in possession of arms, and of burglariously entering the houses of several residents at Tulin more and stealing therefrom. A total of o 3 have been executed by the Free State authorities in the last three months.
