Because 1 want to see good sanitary drains laid down to ensure a good healthy town while the population is growing. .Because 1 believe in the future of Hokitika, which has an exceptional situation, and is a <*ollllo ol great promise. Because 1 take pride in the old town of Hokitika, shortly to celebrate its (iOtli birthday when the slogan: “Back to Hokitika” will bring hundred- of ...tin;* fa;*"s to Ihe old place. Bct iv.se with the prospects in and about tlm town Hokitika cannot afford to .stand .still and I must help to push it ahead.
