AUBTIIALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION. TURKS’ SUBMISSION. 'LAUSANNE December 14. The decision of the Turks to join the League of Nations iiaid to submit the control of the minorities to it paves the way to a eomplet understanding. It is even possible that if a final settlement is not reached regarding capitulations or Afosul these questions will lie referred to the Couniel of the League. The Permanent Commission of the League will take up the discussion on the minorities without waiting for Turkey’s formal admission, which cannot he voted until the next League Assembly.
