The Britishers, with hands playing marched to Nortliwell for embarkation. The troops were cheered by crowds ns they passed. It is expected that the. exacuntion will be completed in four days. IRISH FREE STATE. LONDON, December 14. In the Irish Parliament the following ministers have !>een nominated as ministers outside of the Executive C’niii ■' —Mr Hogan, Minster of Agriculture: Air Walslie, Postmaster-General: Mr Lynch Alinister of Fisheries.
