(Received this dav at 9.30 a.m.) LAUSANNE November 30The territorial military commission sub-committees report recommends the demilitarisation of Metydine, Chios, Samos, Nicaria, only the Turks dissenting. The Commission holding this was insufficient the sub-committee is now considering the complete demilitarisation of Lemnos, Tenedos, Samos and Thrace, under control of the powers. Russians are awaiting Moscw’s reply to the Allied note refusing to admit Russia to the Conference’s whole work. BRITAIN’S PROTEST. Received this dav at 12.2/5 p.m.) • ATHEN, November 30. The First Secretary of the British Legation remains to carry on administrative work. It is stated Rear Admiral Smith, head of tbp British naval mission is departing, leaving a deputy.
