AUSTRALIAN AND N.t. OABLJt AnauUl/'iU' ANOTHER BOAT LAYS UP. SYDNEY, November 28. The cargo steamer Hall ink, set down to soil last night, has been held up (.wine to the boycott. There are now twelve Union vessels idle in Australian waters, aggregating 40,000 tons. Heavy bookings are reported by the Ulimaron, and it is stated that premiums have been offered privately for berths on the vessel.
At a mass meeting of seamen, the Communist faction prevented the boycott being lifted. A resolution was passed reiterating the demand for the unconditional release of the Long Bay piisoners. It was decided to forego the demands in the event of a settlement of the Xw Zealand trouble.
