For being on licensed premises without lawful excuse, the fiblice charged two local residents (Dunedin Hotel) who were convicted and ordered to pay costs 7s; one at Occidental Hotel was similarly fined. CYCLING WITHOUT A LIGHT, i For cycling at night without a light I*. Chaplin was convicted and fined os and costs 7s. arms act. For having possession of an unregistered firearm, R.. Davies was fined os and costs 7s. debt cases. Westland Hospital Board (Air Park) v. E. Henham. claim for patients fees due £3 Bs. .Judgment for plaintiff with costs 23s (3d. Same v. Andrew Mason, claim for £o Bs. Judgment for plaintiff with costs. Same v. ,1. Rawlings (Mr Wells) claim for £l3 17s. Judgment for plaintiff with costs 38s 6d. Same v. T. Harding. Mr Park applied lor the ease to he struck out. Mr Joyce said he had come down to ask for an adjournment and to raise the question of jurisdiction. The case was struck out. Mr Park stating the summons had been issued in error.
