A motion of thanks and confidence was accorded Mr McCombs. A “HUMANIST” OUT. CHIUSTCFIURCM, Nov. 29. Mr R. M. Thomson, candidate for Christchurch South, who describes himself as a ‘'Humanist,” opened liis campaign to-night, lie gave general support to the Reform Party policy. He received a sympathetic, but humourously hostile reception. A vote of thanks was accorded.
