REUTER’S TELEGRAMS. TURKISH MOV R. (■Received this day at B.HO a.in.) LONDON, Nov 16. The Times Constantinople correspondent reports that despite Ismet’s reassauring statement, the Turks are energetically preparing to secure complete control of the' capital. Recruiting is proceeding and the men in Stamboul were warned to be ready. Local forces may suffice to establish an early military control without calling on troops from Ismid. Turks assert the Angora Government will not await the conclusion of Lausanne Conference. The Turkish encroachment becomes mpre pronounced daily. Numerous arrests were made and there has been some executions, which are simply murder. All connected with the British forces are especially liable to arrest and murder.
