RKtTTKIt’S miiORAMS. ANGORA NOTES. CONSTANTINOPLE. Oct 31. The Angora Government representative handed the Allied High Commissioner two notes, the first accepting Lausanne as the venue for the Near East Conference, subject to the provision of facilities between Lausanne and Angora; and a second protesting against the invitation to attend a Conference which the Angora Government considers a violation of the spirit of MAidania Convention, which may compell the Angora representatives to abstain from attending the ponference.
