Manila market is quiet, and the tendency easier, at the close. “J” grade Oetober-Deecmbor shipments again were sold down to £3l per ton. The present quotations for ”G” grade are ,033 10s per ton, ‘‘11” £32 10s per ton, “J” £3O 10s per ton sellers. Now Zealand unchanged. £32 10s per ton is now asked for highpoints and £3O 10s to £3O 15s per ton fair OetohcrDeeemher shipments and Novembor.Tanuary shipments, hut no trnnsaetiuns are renorted. : " WOOL. I The sales continue to lie well ati tended, with competition brisk and a ' good elearanee. Fine and medium I crossbreds are now quoted from 10 per cent to 15 per cent above last closing rates; coarse crossbred 5 per cent to < 7'. per cent. HONEY. Tho market is quiet at about quotations already given—-viz., Californian brand: White. 58s per ewt: good light amber -14 s per ewt. New Zealand hulk with premium of 20s to 30s per ewt on j similar grade Californian, j EGGS. . The h-'st. arc selling slowly, hut for the cheaper sorts there is a steady de- | maud. Quotations are: French, Irish, ! Danish. Dutch, English. 21s to 275. Polish. Lithuanian, Italian, Argentine. StVrian, 10s to 21s.
