POSTAL ARRANGEMENTS.
LABOUR DAY, MONDAY. 23nl OCTOBER. The Post Office will ho open in all branches, (except money order and savings hank), from 0 a.m. to 10 a.m. All mails usually despatched on Monday, will dose at V a.iu. Mails exchanged with Stafford, Goldsborough, Lower Kokatalii and Koiterangii on Tuesday, instead of Monday. There will lx- no delivery by the postmen, but correspondence will be. handl'd over the public counter between 8 p.m. and 0 p.m. on Saturday 21st inst. The Telegraph Office will open from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Note.—Telegrams will be subject to holiday rates. Tho teloplioifo exchange yril( ppep from 8 a.pi. to 10 |>,ni.
