He raced several horses at various times, and wont to Sydney on a health trip some months ago. FOOTBALL UNREST. WELLINGTON, Oct. 13. Soccer football is not alone in Wellington in its internal trouble'. For some time there lias been unrest in Rugby Union circles also and this found expression in a motion to amend the constitution of the Management Committee which was finally discussed last night.
