UNITED SERVICE TELEGRAMS IRISH AFFAIRS. IiISHOPS DENOUNCE REBELS. LONDON, Oct. 11. A full meeting of the Irish Hierarchy, held at Maynooth, lias issued a, pastoral strongly condemning the revolt and tile guerilla warfare against the Free State Government. It declares that the killing oi Nationalist soldiers is murder before God. It denounces robberies or destruction of roads and railways, or other outrages. The pastoral announces that any persons guilty of such crimes will not be given absolution, or admitted to communion if they persist in such evil courses. Any ' priests approving of the insurrection are declared false lo 1 ]ioir office, and as guilty of the gravest scandal. They will not be allowed to retain any faculties held by them from the Hierarchy. j
