The men asked the Tribunal to give a decision as to whether the management bad violated the Shipbuilding Agreement between the Federal Government and the boilermakers bv dismissing a number of the men from new work, owing to a difference over repair work, and the use of pneumatic tools. The Tribunal upheld the management. Tt stated the latter acted within its province in dismissing the men. The men will discuss resumption at a meeting on Tuesday.
