Tlie Dail adopted Mr Fitzgerald s amendment, to renew the application for admission when the Government, considers it would he advantageous Mr Fitzgerald said that it was desirable that the application he deferred until the Irish constitution has been passed.

REPORTS OF DK VALERA. LONDON, September 19. Mr de Valera is reported to he hiding in Dublin. It is stated he is seeking through an intermediary, to arrange a conference to discuss peace terms.
