Tn tiie afternoon, Biooks went round in 78. making his total for the four 308. Blaek returned with 30. this placing him second, with a total of 309. Clements with two rounds of 81, made his total 317. This figure tvas also attained by Eekstedt, who compiled 81 and 78, total 317, making him third and equal with Clements. Those who have qualified for the amateur championship are: Blaek. Duncan, i .Morpeth, Templet - . Captain Conway, Baineavis. Wilson, Bime, Hotvton, Bid-w•-11. Wight, Crosse, Collins, Eekstedt. Dr Williams, and Wright. The O’Rourka Vase, for club teams of four was won by Lower Hutt (AVellington) with. Wellington No 1 second, equal with Wanganui.
