He landed into a tank of water, completely missing stout iron bars that are guarding the tank, and set only one yard apart. Ho received minor injuries and concussion, his condition being serious. REPORTED RUSSIAN RISING. COPENHAGEN, Sept 8. Messages from Helsingfors state that a rebellion has broken out in South Russia. Tlio Workmen’s Council at Odessa have declared South Russia and theCrimea to bo independent. Fighting is proceeding in many districts between tho rebels anil the Reds, who are negotiating with the Bulgarian Communists. The crews of several warships at Sebastopol have mutinied.
