The Cor.l Tribunal has adjourned sine die, the 51 inet's representatives opposing hearing the owners claims till the South Const dispute is decided by the High Court. The Chairman, whilst opposed to further delay, explained there was, no alternative to an adjournment, as the miners representatives otherwise would absent themselves leaving the Tribunal without a legal quorum.
