They urged him to go to Pekin, but Sun refused until the various military factions composed their difference. Consequently Chang tsolin and Wupeifu are negotiating for a settlement.

Helsingfors reports state the Soviet Government has invited Finland to send representatives to a disarmament Conference at Moscow on Sept. sth stating Latvia and Ksthonia have* accepted the invitation, Roumania and Poland were invited, hut Poland suggested a postponement pending the disarmament decision of the League of Nations.
