Matson and Co., report ns lollows regarding their stock sale at Addington yards yesterday; Store sheep.—A small market and all classes of sheep sold well. Lost I and (i tooth ewes Up to 2Ss ; others from 17s to 225; inferior Ids Oil to 1 Is; best ewe hoggets up to 20s; otheis from 15s ii<| ; best wether hoggets up to 15s (id, others from 12s (id. A few good wethers made up to 20s, others from His. Store cattle. —A fair entry, Imt mostly voting cattle. The demand was very apathetic except tor good sorts of heifers. One nice line of 2 year steers made L'3 15s, Init mi other quotable lines were offered. Reef.—A smaller yarding than last week, about 310 being penned. The quality of the entry with the exception ol one or two station lines, was very inbitlerent and the demand throughout was iregular, hut easier till round. Prime steers till to £l3 Ids, extra to Lit! 12s (id; medium £7 lost to L'lo 15s; others L's 10s to £7 os. Prime boilers £(> Ids to US Ids; extra to CIO ios; others Cl os to CO. Prime cows Co Ids to C 7 12s (id. extra to CO 17s Oil ; others C 3 los to .Co 7s Oil. Million. -Another large yarding again, mostly wethers. Freezing buyers were not operating. The market opened easier and was very irregular thsoughout. No outstanding lilies were offered and wethers were generally Is to 2s Oil easier, hut prime ewes sold well ami showed little or no difference front last week, in fact in some cases showed improvement. Prime wethers 22s to 27s (id, extra 2Ss (id to 325; a few special ones making 30s !)d ; medium 19s to 21s ; others down to 17s (id. j Prime ewes 21s to 2.55; extra to 27 ; | medium 1.5 s Od to 20s fid ; others 10s 9d to I Is 9(1.
