Hague Conference.
AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION
(Received this day at 9.50 a.m.) HAGUE, June 22
The Private Property Committee is discussing procedure and plans to meet the Russians. One delegate is of opinion that the Russians should be lorbidden to speak, but most of the others are agreed that the best way would be to put only written questions to them and if the Russians made speeches, no reply should be made. The geneia! intention is to prevent the Russians indulging in propaganda like they did at Genoa Conference.
