DAY OF JULY. 1922, ut_ 3 p.ni. at the Council Chambers, I lohitika : Rusot.ution. “That the Council do now by special order resolve to raise a loan of £3.200 at a rate of interest not exceeding six per cent, for the purpose of assisting to pay off file antecedent liability of the Council as existing on March 31st., 1922, as defined by tbe Local Bodies Loans Act, 192 V; and that pursuant to the provisions of the T.ocal Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913. a special rate to secure the aforesaid loan which is to ..ave a currency of eight years and to lie repayable in sixteen half-yearly instalments he struck over the whole County, and be annually recurring as the security rate during the currency of the loan; the said special rate to be one-fifth of a penny in the £ on fke tnpital rateable property within the Countv of Wes-thind.” Dated at Hokitika this Ist day of June. 1022.
