Princess Chrysanthemum
The “ Grey Stnr ” says that a large attendance at the Opera House, Greymouth. witnessed the final performance of the juvenile production, “ Princess Chrysanthemum.” The performers were full of confidence in tlieir respective parts, ami hearty applause greeted the various delightful songs and dances. Rright costumes and efficient lighting resulted in many attractive stage pictures. The dialogue was dearly enunciated. and the whole production "ns vervi creditable to Mrs \\. Stavelev (producer') and the performers. The opera will be staged at the Princess Theatre next Thursday night in as complete a manner as it was at Greymouth. The full orchestra (Pollards) will be brought down, also the scenery specially painted for the occasion. The company, which numbers o» porfoimers, will travel I>y special train.
