The City Beautiful. A town should he a sanatorium. It should possess all the beauty and health of the countryside, with the happiness of association with many people. Sooner or later our main streets and the unhappy tenements will pass away. How soon or how long depends not upon what we have the power to do, but up. on what we are determined to do.
