SUBSCRIBED TWICE OVER. WELLINGTON, April 20 The Prime Minister has received a cablegram from London dated April 25th, advising him of the following details with regard to the flotation of the £5,000,000 loan. The list closed this morning with a total subscription of £10,000,000. Five thousand applications' were received. Those up to 010!) are to he allotted in full. The remainder receive 40 per cent. The Press comments consider the term excellent for the Dominion. As a result, war loan and colonial Stock prices have much appreciated.
