Tho following telegram was sent to the Prime Minister on Saturday morning:— “Assuredly the great majority of the people will approve the decision “of the Government not to tolerate “the proposal of the post and telegraph officers to join the Alliance “of Labor. We cannot allow any of “the Government Departments to ' “be controlled by the Alliance. “There must not be two Govem“ments in the oountry at the same “time. The lrest and loyal members “of the sendee will realize this. The “others must decide which they are “going to sene—the State or the “Alliance of Labor.
