WESTLAND COUNTY COUNCIL. j PUBLIC NOTICE IS GIVEN that the above Council at a special meeting called for the purpose adopted the following special resolution on the 11th DAY OF MARCH, 1922: “That pursuant to the provisions of Section 5 (c) of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1908, the Council by special order declares that Foxglove (Digitalis Purpurea) shall be declared a noxious weed within the County of Westland within the meaning of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1908, and its amendments.” And notice is further given that the Council will at a subsequent meeting to he held on Tuesday 11th. da y of April, 1922, confirm the foregoing resolution. A copy of the said Special Order is deposited at the County Office, and will be open for inspection during office hours from the 20th. inst. Dated at Hokitika this 13th. day of March 1922. D. J.
