WORK TO PROCEED. £6,000 VOTE AUTHORISED. The Hon. C. J. Parr (Minister of Hospitals) advises as follows: — “Cabinet lias this day authorised a vote of £6,000 towards the creition o! the new Mental Hospital at Sea \ iow and tlie work is to proceed forthwith. I hope to visit the Coast in a hew weeks time.”
