The totalisator took 46,758, compared with £48,482 10s on the corresponding day of last summer meeting:— Trial Handicap.—Wirihana 1, Topsy Rothschild 2, Sherwood Surprise 3. Won by two and a half lengths. Tim e ,I.4 tj 2-5. Tamaki Handicap. Amogiram 1, Ily po 2, Gold Sound 3. AVon by half a length. Time 3.0. Alexandra Handicap.—Speculator 1, Bluewood 2, Dewhy 3. Won by threequarters of a length. Time 4.44 2-5. Otahuhu Cup—Grand Voyage 1, Gold Girl 2, First Carbine 3. AA’on by half a 1 length. Time 4.31 3-5. Mount Albert Handicap;—Nap per 1, Jewel 2, Dick Dillon 3. AVon by one and a-half lengths. Time 3.31. President’s Handicap.- Lady Dinmore 1, William the First 2, Pitaroa 3. AA r on by three-quarters of a length. Time 3.52.
