THE PRINCE IN INDIA. DELHI, Feb. 15. The Prince, unveiled an all India- memorial'to King Edward 7tli. It is a fine equestrian statue of bronze with redstone pedestal for which the people of India subscribed five lakhs of rupees. The Viceroy delivered an eulogy on tie late ruley. The attendance of the Indian populace at the ceremony was small. The Prince later attended a British State banquet.
