■ | Rev. D. C. Bates, Government Me-' teorologist announced the following forecast at noon to-day:— The indications are for:—Easterly winds, moderate to strong and veering by south to east. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather. The Barometer is unsteady with a falling tendency. Seas moderate, tides good.
