CAPETOWN, February 15. j The underground officials announce that in view of the serious condition of the mining industry, it has .been decided that unless the strikers resume to-morrow they will do ah in Gieir power to restart t-lie mines. This decision has ibeen reached owing to the fact that some of the most important mines will be compelled to close down totally unless he work is got going this week. Tile announcement states time does . not permit of delays, for nicety of procedure of constitutional formality. The picketing of the mines is practically abandoned. 1 About thirty were arrested far picketing and discharged owing to the indefinite nature of the evidence. i
