Mr Howard said if the report were adopted it meant ruling the Arbitration Act off the Statute Book. WELLINGTON, Feb. 6. The debate on Sir J. Luke’s motion that the Arbitration Bill be received from the Labour Bills Committee was continued from mid-day until midnight when the Speaker left the chair until 2.30 on Monday.
