Collins, it was officially announced that they had disagreed and the situation was serious. A later Ulster official announcement states the crisis is due to Sir J. Craig’s discovery that large territories are involved in Mr Collins’ attitude on the boundary question. SINN FEIN CONGRESS. (Received This Dav at 10.15 a.m.) LONDON, February 1. At the Sinn Fein Congress cabled on the 13th., besides de Valera’s motion cabled on 21st. January. Mr Griffiths will propose a motion reaffirming the Congress allegiance to the Dad Ein)ann and supporting the Bail’s approval of the Treaty. Mr Collins will move requesting the provisional Government to take an immediate opportunity of submitting to the electorates, the suggestion that in the event of a division of Congress, Sinn Fein funds be divided in the proportion to voting.
