AGREEMENT WELCOMED. LONDON, Jan. 22. The people of both Dublin and Belfast are overjoyed at the Collins-Craig agreement. The extremists in Belfast, however, still declare that Sir Jas. Craig should not have met Mr Collins under any circumstancesr The action of the Ulster Premier, however, is generally tributed as couri ageous and as likely to end the troubled state of things prevailing in Belfast City. The agreement is hailed in Dublin as one of the most beneficial results of the new Government. Steps are now being taken for an immediate resumpton of trade between Ulster and the rest of Ireland. IRISH HEADQUARTERS. (Received This Day at 9.5 a.m.) LONDON, Jan 23. The Provisional Government of Ireland has transferred headquarters from Dublin Mansion House to the City Hall.
