WELLINGTON, Jan. 12. THE COUNCIL. The Legislative Council met at- 2.30 p.m. The Animals Protection and Game ILil and Local Bodies Finance Bill were received from the Mouse and read a first time. Tee Council rose at 2.35 p.m. THE HOUSE. The House met at. 2.30 p.m. The Sit ops and Offices Bill, Valuation of Land Amendment Bill and Family Protection Amendment Bill were put through all stages and passed. ■ The House rose at 11.47 p.m.
