The State Mine resumed work to-day after a. month’s idleness. There was a good attendance of men who are working under the conditions of the old aKM’eemcn, until a new one is arranged, the latter to be rerospective from today.
A SUICIDE. MASTERTON, Jan 5
Donald Wilkinson, a well-known horse trainer in Kimball’s stables committed suicide this morning. Ho cut his throat with a razor.
