BOAT RACE PROSPECTS. WANGANUI January 5
The weather is lovely for the boat race and the water promises to be in excellent condition. Great crowds are proceeding up the river. Both men report themselves very well and confident Artist is favourite but Hadfield’s supporters are ’ sanguine.
