At Mineola, Long Island, Edward Stinson and Lloyd Berteaud broke a world’s Tecord for a non-stop airplane flight, staying in the air twenty-six hours nineteen minutes fifty seconds. They ascended at nine o’clock on Thursday morning. The previous record 24 hours 19 minutes 7 seconds, was established by Lieuts Boseoutrot and Bernard in France last year. Stinson and Berteaud used a Larsen all metal monoplane, fitted with a cabin.
