METEOROLOGICAL.
Rev. D. C. Bates, Government Meteorologist announced the following forecast at noon to-day: The indications are for westerly winds strong to gale, and veering by west to south. The weather appears likely to he cloudy and unsettled. Heavy rain is to be expected with rivers flooded and the weather will probably become verv cold. The barometer ir rising soon Seas very heavy, tides good, seas increasing on the Coast.
