METEOROLOGICAL.
Rev. D. C. Bates, Government Meteorologist announced the following forecast at noon to-day : The indications are for southerly winds, hacking by west to north. The weather probably will bo cold and changeable! and the'night will probably lie very cold. The barometer has a rising tendency.
