Other property was |d'l, to three nephews, charged with a life interest of £2W to the widow, and she also had a. life estate in flu l o'd home at Waverlev. “Tnvereauld.” At the Supreme Court- to-day, before Mr Justice Heed, the widow applied for an increased income out of the- estate, under the provisions of I lie Family Maintenance Act, IPOS. Her grounds were that her income was insufficient to provide for the necessary outgoings on I lie home at Waverley. and toi provide for the suitable maintenance of herself and a- companion.
