Stop-Work Mooting.
AT JAMES’ MINE. (iREA'AIOUTH, Nov. 1(1 A stop-work meeting of the men employed at Janies’ Aline, on Seven .Mile, Eunnnga. was held yesterday morning on account of a man named Fred Faugh who was working in the tunnel, re I using to la-come a member of the Union, notwithstanding the fact that he was receiving equal privileges to the other men working on the co-operative contract. A deputation waited upon the .Manager, who stated that a man who refused to join the Union was not fair to others. The men will resume, work to-day in order to give the man in question an opportunity of joining the Union, and if he refuses at the end of the specified time, all work at the other mines will cease.
