(Received This Day at 10.15 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 13 lion Lloyd George informed the American Ambassador that he lias a keen personal desire to attend at Washington, and hopes nothing will interfere with his present intentions to remain in Washington three or four weeks. Hon W. Churchill will probably accompany him.
