NOTICES OK MOTION I.—The Chairman to move:—'‘That the accounts presented for the month of September 1921, as revised and recommented by the Finance Committee, totalling £ , he passed for payment.” 2—The Chairman to move:—"That the resolution of the 14th. June last deferring action for six months In regard to the purchase of a motor tipping lorry, he anil hereby is, rescinded.'’ 3. —The Chairman to move: ‘'That in accordance v.itli the report and recommendation of Overseer Milluer authority lie given for the purchase of a four wheel drive inotur tipping loneon such terms and conditions as may be arranged to meet the finances of the Council.” 4. —The Chairman to move:—“That the Council confer with the proprietors of motor lorries as to the fixing of a monthly or annual license fe t . whereby it will be possible to maintain the roads for the heavy traffic involved in the transport of sawn timber. 5. The Chairman to move:—“That the Council now consider the proposals or the Forestry Bill as before I’arlinliient.” ti.—The Chairman to move:—“That the Council now determine v.hat action should he taken as to declaring main roads within the County.”
