At a meeting at Bombay, Gandhi and fifty other extremist leaders issued a manifesto claiming that in view of the prosecution of Ali Brothers, it is the inherent right of everyone to express an unrestrained opinion alxnit offering their services or remaining ill the service of the Government, whether civil or military, more especially military. Tim manifesto adds that it is the. duty of every Indian soldier and civilian to sever connection with the Government, and to find other employment. INDIAN OUTRAGES. (Received This Day at 1.5 p.m.) DELHI. Oct. 5. Two hundred armed Moplahs raided the police station at Kiittipniram and wounded live police. Diabolical outrages upon Hindus are reported. They are forced to dig their own graves before being butchered. One was Hayed alive because lie helped troops. Two police were hacked to death near Nilainlmr. Refugees are pouring into districts occupied by troops making the provisioning question most difficult. Virulent plague is raging at Jubhulpnre, and one hundred deaths daily tfe reported.
