At 8 o’clock when the box plan opened the queue had extended into Moray Place, and more than half'of those, after waiting for hours, had to depart without even getting a glimpse of the plan. Some people took up their stand as early as 8 o’clock last evening, wel provided with chairs, overcoats, and cushions for the cold hours of the night, and the frosty hours of the morning.
